still no carnivores though ;)
There's never been any carnivores, and there's a big reason why - they tend to be cannibals.

Re: the evil creatures

Ah, a man/woman after my own heart. :D Please, my dear EvilCreator, tell me where your secret base/lair is, so that I may flood it with CARNIVOROUS SEA PIGS and rid myself of a potential rival and/or threat to my plans for world domination. While your SEA PIGS may sound threatening, they are no mat...

Am considering deleting these "Board Rules" posts after reading this article: http://www.joelonsoftware.com/articles/BuildingCommunitieswithSo.html The other day I was taking the train from the Newark Airport back to Manhattan. Besides being in general disrepair, the only thing to read was a large ...

Re: Species is an evolutionist game

Even though I have not been able to play the game, the gameplay I have seen shows that this is a pure evolutionist game. You have almost no control over what happens other than dna splicing aka SCIENCE. Arguing that Species is a creationist game is... how do I say this... not very logical. If you h...

Re: The game is trying to get into Quasars' documents.

Not a problem: that's deliberate. Those file paths are debug environment information I'm deliberately distributing in the pdb file in the root folder. I don't much care about the filepaths, but the line numbers are invaluable for debug purposes. As for the error itself, are you trying to run the ga...
