Lots of people are voting Hammerhead. Meanwhile, I'mma vote for the Whale head. That would sort of explain how herbivores work underwater.

Deepsea toothy is kinda cool, but I'll do like MrKyurem. Maybe having a literal whale head will move Quasar to implement plankton faster !

(Even though the fact that we're voting on marine heads is a big hint for future development anyway. ^^ W00t !)
At this point, we shouldn't be surprised by anything nature does. She's like a meth addict whose drug-fueled rampages unfold in slow motion and span millions of years.

So far it's roughly spread between three of them, also swordfish head is kinda meh, not quite cool enough.
